1. Purpose
This document sets out our policy for responding to data deletion requests in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) that came into effect in May 2018. This document explains the rights and responsibilities of data subjects related to data deletion.
2. Individual rights
Individuals have the right to erasure, also known as the "right to be forgotten." The principle supporting this right is to enable individuals to request the deletion or removal of personal data without compelling reasons to continue processing personal data.
3. When does the right of erasure apply?
According to the GDPR, individuals have the right to delete personal data and prevent processing under certain circumstances:
• No longer need personal data and the purpose for which it was originally collected/processed;
• personal rejection;
• Object to the processing, but there is no legal basis;
• Special use of data by individuals;
• Fulfill legal obligations.
4. What information does Teen Patti Continent keep?
When you log in through Facebook, we collect and use personal information, such as phone number, device information, your country/region, or any other personal information. We will use this information about you to solve the problems you encounter during use.
5. How to delete data?
Part of the data will be saved in system backup files, and these files will be deleted regularly.
We allow users to actively ask us to delete data and promise to implement it within one month (30 calendar days). After deletion, a confirmation message will be sent to the user.
System administrators (individual users representing their organizations) can delete data at any time.
Note: After deleting the data, no one can restore it.
